As an employee or independent contractor, you should:

• Be on time every day, and work your required hours, unless you notify Charlie Grande that there is an emergency or some other unforeseen circumstance
• Have a professional attitude at work, which includes being respectful to our customers as well as fellow employees and independent contractors
• Report any issues or concerns, including malfunctioning or broken equipment, safety issues, and concerns about other employees or independent contractors
